Occupational therapy aims to support improved functional capacity, promote independence, engagement and mastery in meaningful activities. For a child these activities may include play, interactions with peers, handwriting or self-care. For adults, these activities may include activities of daily living, self-care, social inclusion, community access, mobility and engaging in interests or hobbies.

Every therapist has at least three years of experience or is under the supervision and coaching of a senior therapist.
